Renowned for wellness innovation, the hotel group is offering "24 Hours Of Wellness" through a 24-hour Instagram livestream virtual journey across the globe, highlighting a myriad of well-being experiences hosted by diverse wellness experts from across its hotels.

Wellness activities will be hosted live each hour from individual Mandarin Oriental property Instagram accounts and will feature a variety of practices designed to build participants' inner and outer strength.

The curated programme includes a meditation session in Tokyo; a virtual cooking class led by a leading nutritionist in London; a mat pilates class in Abu Dhabi; a tennis movement practice session with the hotel's PBI Tennis Pro in Kuala Lumpur; postural therapy in Boston; and a yoga class in Bangkok (@mo_bangkok at 6pm).

Jeremy McCarthy, group director of Spa and Wellness, will be opening and closing the 24-hour series with a discussion on "Inner Strength -- Outer Strength", highlighting learnings from the group's recent initiatives to help fans of the group build strength during the time of the pandemic.
