Chim Chim, Bangkok's art-inspired dining space, has given its delivery menu a revamp and is focusing on healthier options and decadent pastry delights.
Head chef Antoine Darquin has devised a range of new dishes that bring the restaurant's colourful vibe into your home. Lunch options include superfood bowls. The Detox bowl is packed with quinoa, marinated beetroot, spinach, chickpeas, sunflower sprout and nuts. The Recovery bowl is a combo of barley, kale, courgette, avocado, daikon and pumpkin seeds. Those looking for a protein-focused meal can try the aptly-named Power bowl with poached egg, riceberry and chicken breast. You can also customise your bowls from a range of add-ons.

The Vegan kefta wrap uses Beyond Meat in a yoghurt sauce encased in homemade sourdough tortillas baked with garlic and olive oil. East meets West in the Guacamole and asparagus salad, which pits raspberry jelly and balsamic dressing with a hint of wasabi. Chim Chim's much-loved pizza and pasta selection also welcomes new veggie items like Spinach and ricotta pizza and Spicy sausage pasta. The new sandwich rolls are made with shokupan and the Chicken cranberry roll comes with avo and cranberry sauce. Try the Lobster roll topped with ikura and a special mayonnaise. Mains also have had a meaty makeover with the addition of steaks, ribs, seafood and bisque.
Chim Chim's new range of pastries include specials made in collaboration with local chocolate artisan Kad Kokoa. Enjoy Chim Chim x Kad Kokoa with the Pain au chocolat stuffed with Chumphon chocolate or the Chocolate croissant or a Mixed nut brownie, which uses 70% dark chocolate from Chiang Mai. Other selections include Cronuts available in four flavours (peanut butter, vanilla caramel, Nutella, and raspberry and strawberry), soft cookies, luscious muffins, juicy brioches, Kouign-amann and signature croissants.
