Wine Garage, one of Bangkok's most acclaimed wine suppliers, will be hosting "Around The Globe In 60 Grapes", a wine tasting of 60 different labels, at the Crystal Box of Gaysorn Urban Resort, Ratchadamri Road, on July 3 from 6pm to 9pm.
This is a rare opportunity for Bangkok's oenophiles, ranked as one of the more curious, to taste 60 distinct grape varietals from across the globe. These wines will showcase the best that each varietal has to offer, all coming from the extensive portfolio of organic wines.
Guests can reacquaint with the known, such as the Chenin Blanc or taste the emerging Carricante from Etna in Italy, and also dwell into the unknown and savour a beautiful Xinomavro from Cephalonia in Greece. The styles and character of wines on display are some of the most unique showcases made available this year.
Two tiers of tickets are available for participants aged 20 years and over, with options including the half (30) at 1,750 baht or the whole line-up of wines (60) at 2,400 baht.
This will allow guests to proverbially dip their toes or fully dive right into our full line-up of wines.
In addition, guests will be able to purchase more tasting credits on arrival for those that wish to taste more than originally intended. Included in the price will be plenty of Perrier Mineral Water and canapes provided by the venue.
