Interested AI enthusiasts have until tomorrow to apply for Bangkok AI Hack 2023, an intensive nine-day hacking event which will take place at Districtx at FYI Center, Ratchadaphisek Road, from Nov 11-19.
Organised by SCB 10X, the hackathon aims to bring together AI aficionados from across the country specialising in AI/ML engineering, data science and entrepreneurship to develop innovative products and proof-of-concept under the theme of "Unlock Generative AI Adoption: Build – Innovate – Transform".
It will be a platform for cross-industry collaboration and knowledge exchange, providing participants with a unique opportunity to collaborate with experts from various domains within the AI sector.
They will also be empowered with technical insights from SCB 10X's in-house Venture Building developers, blockchain experts and AI experts to build groundbreaking and generative AI solutions.
Participants will create innovative products and proof-of-concepts aligned with three distinct challenge tracks -- Model Layer, Tooling Layer and Application Layer.
The hackathon's champions will be eligible for incubation, mentorship, job opportunities or collaboration with SCB 10X and its international network of partners.
The winners will also be awarded a total prize pool of US$9,000 (327,000 baht) along with attractive rewards, robust infrastructure support, and specialised services from AWS, Microsoft, Nectec, Wang, Vistec, Together.ai and InnovestX.
