Slot Machine will kick off its "Exit To Enter World Tour 2024" with a grand concert, at UOB Live, 6th floor of Emsphere, Sukhumvit Road, on Feb 16.

This will be the first show in seven years by the premier rock trio who have seamlessly merged modern rock with a distinctive Thai identity. Renowned for their captivating live performances, unique sound and sci-fi image, the band has enthralled fans in Thailand for nearly two decades.

From high school music contests to headlining their own sell-out shows with crowds of over 15,000 screaming fans, Slot Machine's evolution reached new heights with their 2011 album, I, which won nine awards in Thailand.

Two years later, they garnered a nomination for "Best Southeast Asian Act" at the MTV Europe Music Awards and shared the stage with Jason Mraz at the historic "MTV Exit Live In Myanmar" charity concert, to an audience of 70,000.

After throwing a monumental live concert to mark their 10th anniversary in 2014, the brand embarked on their inaugural UK tour in Oct 2015. The following year saw them grace the stage at "The Dawn Concert" in Taipei and rock major Asian rock music festivals in Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and Hong Kong.

In 2016, Slot Machine released their first English album, Spin The World, produced by Grammy-winner Steve Lillywhite. A year later, they joined Live Nation's "Asian On Tour", sharing the bill with Japanese superstar Miyavi and South Korean indie rock band Kiha & The Faces, as they collectively captivated North America.

After the release of their second English album, Third Eye View, which captured the hearts of both English and Thai audiences in 2020, they pioneered a virtual concert "Live From The Moon" using cutting-edge visual wizardry. Late last year, they teamed up with Chinese sensation Timmy Xu for the electrifying single, Super Cool, that marked their dynamic introduction to the Chinese audience.

The upcoming Bangkok show will be an epic night packed with many of the band's most iconic songs rendered with visual effects and surprises to push the boundaries of rock music.

Tickets cost 1,500 and 2,500 baht (with a 500-baht discount for students) and will be available for public sale on Saturday from 10am onwards at all Thai Ticket Major outlets and via thaiticketmajor.com.
