Coastal Indian restaurant Jhol will be hosting “The Tamil Trails” in collaboration with Aromkwan, the Asian smokery. In true South Indian tradition, the feast will be served on a banana leaf and diners are expected to use their hands to savour all the delicacies. Expect no less than 21 dishes, all complimenting each other. The InterContinental Khao Yai Resort is hosting an exclusive murder mystery at the French restaurant, Poirot. Disney music / Thailand Cultural Centre / June 22  

The Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra Foundation (RBSO), in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and B. Grimm Group Ltd will host a concert at 2pm and 7.30pm on  June 22 at the Thailand Cultural Centre. The concert will feature the music of classic Disney animations, conducted by Dr Vanich Potavanich, RBSO director and resident conductor. The concert will take you on a symphonic magic carpet ride through some of Disney's most memorable scores and songs, featuring Disney princesses from Mulan, Aladdin, Tangled, Cinderella, The Little Mermaid, Beauty And The Beast, Moana, Pocahontas, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty. Disney Music would be incomplete without the vocalists, and the concert will feature the voices of Pijika Jittaputta, Kimiko Mashima, Gracy Wizzle and Kemawat Rungtham. One night takeovers / F*nkytown / June 20 and June 27

Chef Alonso Luna Zarate of Ojo at The Standard takes command of F*nkytown's kitchen, presenting a menu that harmonises creativity with culinary mastery, on June 20. From the tantalising Funky guacamole to the succulent Hamachi birria, prepare for an unforgettable journey. Complementing the culinary delights, bar manager Marc Perez will craft a selection of expert cocktails, promising an evening of gastronomic delight amidst breathtaking city views. On June 27, Singapore's Mandala Club makes it Bangkok debut at F*nkytown. The private members club executive chef Jack Allibone will take over the kitchen, highlighting sustainable seafood from Alaska. From screens to canvases / Maison JE Bangkok / June 22 to July 21 

South Korean artist Jamsan makes Thailand debut with "Jamsan's Director's Cut" to be held at Maison JE Bangkok on Surawong Road. Known for his illustrations for famous Korean series, Jamsam will present his collection of concept art, illustration and fine art, illustrating his artistic journey Also, his first art toy, created in collaboration with Maison JE Bangkok, will be revealed at the exhibition. On the first level, visitors will be treated to 25 contemporary paintings, including his first series Red Chair. On the second floor, enjoy concept art, illustrations and digital drawings based on series It's OK To Not Be OK and Encounter (Boyfriend).

Tops under Central Retail hosts "Discovery Italia", bringing premium food and products from the six regions of Italy to one place. Italian noted brands include Garofalo pasta, Andrea Milano apple cider, Mutti tomato paste, Alce Nero vinegar, as well as imported seafood, cheeses and cold cuts are available until June 25 at participating Tops supermarkets and Tops Food Hall. 

For pawrents / Cosi Pattaya Wong Amat Beach Hotel / July 6

Cosi Pattaya Wong Amat Beach Hotel will host "Cosi Pet Day 2" to give back to their guests. On July 6 from 1-3pm, pawrents can bring along their cats or dogs for free 10-step pet health check-ups. This event, held in collaboration with Thonglor Pet Hospital, Pattaya, also features pet bloggers and influencers. The hitch is that, for guests interested in participating, they must register in advance as the number of pets eligible for the free health check-ups is limited to 30 to ensure comprehensive and high-quality service for all attendees.

Treasure boxes are important as keepsakes that hold things like memories, secrets and confidences. Alexander Lamont has introduced a line of such boxes. Orient has introduced four new classic and simple style 38 models to its Classic Collection, featuring a small seconds subdial. Sizes that suit everyone and a variety of colour options and features make the new models attractive dress watches for any occasion. Afternoon tea / Sindhorn Kempinski Bangkok  

Sindhorn Kempinski Bangkok has launched the “Verdant Afternoon Tea”, a collection of sweet and savoury treats takes inspiration from the verdant greenery that envelops the hotel lobby. As part of the hotel’s commitment to sustainability, the tea will be served in eco-friendly containers made from husk bio-composite material and coconut fibre. The set includes Salmon with pickled onion, Crab salad waffle, Coronation chicken tartlets, Foie gras parfait and Smoked duck breast with brioche. To satisfy the sweet tooth, there are White chocolate tacos, a Bounty bar, Mango cheesecake roll and an Opera cake. The tea is served in containers hanging from a miniature Salapee tree surrounded by a mist from dry ice. The particular tree was chosen for its strength and organic, graceful shape. It is also considered auspicious with the belief that it brings longevity and luck. To support the local community, B100 from every set sold on Wednesdays goes to the Autistic Thai Foundation and Foundation for the Blind as part of The Melody of Giving Back programme. The Asiatique Ancient Tea House has launched a “Dim Sum High Tea”. Red Sky Restaurant at Centara Grand at CentralWorld has launched a new seasonal menu, featuring summer truffles and aged Parmesan. Crafted by chef de cuisine Luca Russo, the menu includes Yellowfin tuna tartare, Wagyu carpaccio and Risotto. The Pan-seared duck breast is served with Jerusalem artichoke puree, crisp green asparagus and a luscious truffle Madeira sauce; and the Seared snow fish offers a medley of flavours. New location / Ruay Mitr 

A khao tom shop for all, Ruay Mitr has moved locations from above Supanniga Thonglor Restaurant to Ekamai. The upscale Thai boiled rice hotspot has found a new home on Sukhumvit 61 in a three-storyed commercial building, which was given a new lease on life by O–Saran Yen Panya, an artist and visionary behind the first Ruay Mitr in Sathon. The result is a lively and photogenic restaurant that feels like a friend’s house, embodying both the spirit of a collector, who loves to socialise and cook. The blend of Thai, Chinese and mid-century design is writ large in its decor, with the khao tom kui display cabinet full of retro canned food and kitchenware of a byegone era. An old-fashioned green-tiled cocktail bar is designed to resemble a kitchen counter and the colourful vibe continues throughout the building.
