After its successful debut last year, the UnKonscious Beach Festival will be back at Paradise Beach Phuket on Friday and Saturday, 6pm-2am.

Trance fans from around the globe will journey to the island, as this year will bring together two renowned trance labels -- Black Hole Recordings, founded in the Netherlands in 1997, and Open Up, a sub-label led by Simon Patterson. They reunite for another chapter of trance bliss.

Presented by Pure Pleasure Entertainment, the second edition will stay true to the concept of being Asia's biggest trance festival on the beach, with each day having music represented by one label.

Featuring some of the leading names in trance, the Friday event will be led by Black Hole Recordings with Giuseppe Ottaviani, Cold Blue, Craig Connelly, Roger Shah and Sneijder. On Saturday, Open Up will take centre stage with Greg Downey, John Askew, Sean Tyas and Simon Patterson.

Additionally, regional and international artists will provide support prior to the main acts, including those from England, Australia, Myanmar and Vietnam.

Trance is one of the fastest-growing music trends in Thailand and the region. The festival was created to celebrate trance in a secluded yet accessible location, with trance families from all over the world in attendance.

Daytime guests at Paradise Beach can enjoy snorkelling, canoeing and sunbathing before night-time music festivities begin. Free shuttle buses circulate the Patong area and transport visitors directly to the venue.

Tickets cost 2,700 baht for two days and can be purchased from ticketmelon.com.
