Before the "House Calls" exhibition by celebrated artist Pinaree Sanpitak wraps up early next month, 100 Tonson Foundation is hosting the public programme "Pinaree Sanpitak 1985-2020 Monograph Launch" on Saturday at 2pm.

This is an opportunity to have a virtual conversation with art historians, academics and curators who have been working closely with the artist.

Rhana Devenport is director of the Art Gallery of South Australia whose career spans art museums, biennales and arts festival, while Gridthiya Gaweewong is artistic director of The Jim Thompson Art Center, with many curatorial projects to his credit.

Roger Nelson is an art historian working on the modern and contemporary art of Southeast Asia and a curator at the National Gallery Singapore, while Vipash Purichanont was a curator of the Singapore Biennale 2019 and a co-curator of the second Thailand Biennale (Korat, 2021).

They will share their perspectives and interpretations of Pinaree's art, along with over three decades of her influential works.

The audience is welcome on-site at the foundation to view the monograph and layout design by Mali Chulakiet and be>our>friend studio, meet with writers Gridthiya and Vipash, and greet artist Pinaree.
