This year, the Chiang Mai Street Jazz Festival will run under the theme "Sound Of The City: Grooving To Diversity", where city streets will come alive with the vibrant beats of music. What sets this festival apart is that it's not driven by corporate interests or sponsors. It's a labour of love by devoted art and music enthusiasts.
In collaboration with six of the city's renowned jazz bars, namely Moment's Notice Jazz Club, The Mellowship Jazz Club, Thapae East, Mahoree City of Music, The North Gate Jazz Co-op and The A-Ter, you can expect an array of community-based live performances that will captivate festival-goers, turning the city's streets into a symphony of sound. The main stage at the Old Chiangmai Cultural Center is a must-visit location during the festivities.

Schedule:
- Nov 25, 5pm-12am: Mahoree Stage - A concert featuring a blend of local music, ethnic traditions and contemporary genres.
- Nov 26-28: Jazz Theory Workshops - Educational sessions focused on the theory of jazz music.
- Nov 29-Dec 1: Master Class Workshops - Practical workshops where attendees can learn directly from jazz masters.
- Dec 1-2: Mini concerts at six jazz clubs around Chiang Mai (free entry).
- Dec 3: Main Stage at Old Chiangmai Cultural Center - The main event featuring various jazz performances.
