Students wishing to study in New Zealand are invited to explore scholarships from a variety of institutions during the "New Zealand Education Fair" at Samyan Mitrtown Hall 2, 5th floor of Samyan Mitrtown, Rama IV Road, on Nov 5 from 11am to 5pm.

Held by Education New Zealand, the one-day event will gather nearly 50 of New Zealand's leading educational institutions, including schools, universities, vocational education providers and private training establishments as well as English language providers.

They will be showcasing the country, which has been recognised by the Economist Intelligence Unit as the world's best English-speaking country in educating students for the future.

They will also introduce the programmes for prospective students and provide advice and information on how to apply for scholarships. Up to 2 million baht in scholarships will be offered exclusively to students who attend the event.

A highlight of the fair will be the personal reflections of Suquan Bulakul, a famous celebrity and influencer, who will speak and share why she decided to send her only son to study in New Zealand.

The event also gives Thai students the opportunity to experience first-hand the New Zealand simulated classrooms conducted by an experienced New Zealand teacher, at 11.45am, 2pm and 3pm, free of charge. To register, visit bit.ly/Simulatedclassreg.

The fair will also present unique courses that are appropriate to the global trend and skill shortages such as courses in AI development, game development, health sciences in digital health, and data science.

Set to introduce itself to the Thai education community at the event will be Te PÅ«kenga – New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology, which is the largest vocational education provider in New Zealand.

There is no admission fee and participants will have a chance to win free air tickets to and from New Zealand from Air New Zealand.
