The highly-anticipated "Royal Project 54" fair will bring a selection of premium quality products and special dishes to CentralWorld for 11 days, starting from Friday to Aug 14.

Held under "The Visionary Of Urban Life" concept to honour Their Majesties the King and Queen and to commemorate HM Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother's 91st birthday, the fair will feature over 1,000 agricultural products cultivated by hill tribes in the highlands, handicraft products, delicious dishes made from quality ingredients, and Doi Kham products.

The fair is divided into six major zones. The "Stage Activities And Exhibitions" at the Central Court, 1st floor, will showcase the achievements of the Royal Project Foundation and present a variety of tea projects and afternoon tea with choices from the Royal Project Kitchen restaurant and special dishes from Suankularb Luang restaurant.

Once again, a selection of fresh produce, flowers, potted plants and Royal Project-branded processed products will be available at the "Royal Project Marche" at the Eden zone, 1st floor, while the "Royal Project Ice Cream Parlour" at the Dazzle zone will refresh everyone with the fair's signature avocado ice cream as well as Napa Foundation's ice cream with a variety of flavours to choose from.

The all-time favourite zone for health-conscious foodies is the "Royal Project Kitchen" at the Eden zone, 2nd floor. This year, there will be special dishes cooked with fresh ingredients from the top of the mountain by various restaurants. On the menu are steamed trout or sturgeon with soy sauce or lime, smoked trout salad, garlic quinoa brown rice with a choice of steamed sturgeon or trout, avocado salad, roast pork ribs with coffee-flower honey, and quinoa fruit salad with crispy prawns and passion fruit salad cream.

For shoppers who spend at least 4,000 baht at the fair, they will get the exclusive privilege to enjoy fine dining at the "Royal Project Bistro" located at the Eden zone, 3rd floor. However, the bistro will be served only twice a day at 2.30pm and 4.30pm and seats are limited to 30 diners per round.

Visitors are also invited to witness an edelweiss garden and shop for handicrafts, hemp cloth, potpourri and many other products from 13 royally-initiated projects at the "Exhibitions And Royal Project" at the Beacon zone on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. New products from Doi Kham will also be available alongside items from the organisations that have supported the Royal Project.
