A world-class song and dance performing group from the US will bring a charitable show to the Kingdom as part of their Southeast Asian tour on Wednesday.
Young ambassadors from Brigham Young University will present their new production, Heartsongs: Melodies Of Love, at Sala Chalermkrung Theatre starting at 8pm.
This fast-paced musical revue highlights some of the world’s all-time favourite love songs and dance routines from the 1920s in a vibrant musical journey through the roller coaster of life.
The audience will enjoy show tunes from award-winning Broadway musicals such as
How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying, Cinderella, Singing In The Rain and Thoroughly Modern Millie, as well as international hits by The Beatles, Elvis Presley, Adele and Michael Jackson.
The production also boasts state-of-the-art light and sound technology that gives the audience a truly immersive experience throughout 90 minutes. The evening is a chance to tap along with the dance routines, experience the syncopated rhythms of the Caribbean islands, and enjoy next generation of contemporary sounds and choreography.
There is no admission fee to the performance but donations are required to support the procurement of medical equipment and staff training for child healthcare at Children Hospital.
For reservations call the Children Hospital Foundation on 088-874-4671.
