Editorial Reviews

Just one of the beaches in northwestern Phuket that are included in Sirinat Marine National Park, Hat Nai Yang is also where the park's HQ is located. Fringing the beach is a lush grove of casuarinas, a popular recreational spot with local families who come here to picnic and enjoy the sea breeze while staying safely in the shade of the trees. How to get there Nai Yang Beach is just a short drive from Phuket airport. If you haven't brought your own transport, either rent a car or hop in a taxi at the airport. Food and accommodation Lots of food stalls are set up here, especially on the weekends. Hotels and resorts are not hard to find in the locality. Basic, no-frills accommodation can also be rented in the park. For more information Telephone: Sirinat Marine National Park on 076-328-226. Internet: More info: /travel/localtrips/204703
