In recent years, the orchestra has developed under the direction of violinist Hugo Ticciati who is the artistic director of his own festival O/Modernt at Ulrikdal’s Palace Theatre Confidencen, Stockholm, and a string festival in Kazan, Russia. Ticciati regularly gives masterclasses and seminars on violin teaching, and lectures at a university in New York. He has a passion for chamber music, gives regular recitals in prestigious halls across Europe and Asia, and is regularly invited to renowned music festivals. After Bangkok, the group will head to Chon Buri to perform at the Courtyard by Marriott South Pattaya on Oct 25 at 4pm.

Tickets cost 700 baht (600 baht for early birds). Contact Yamaha Ratchadaphisek Music School by MRT Rama IX Station or call 081-682-8000 for the Oct 24 concert, or call 038-418-333 for the Oct 25 show.
