Editorial Reviews

Unlike other towns in the South like Phuket and Krabi, which have developed into international hot spots with big shopping malls and crowds of holiday-makers, Trang has largely managed to keep its tranquil, yesteryear ambience and easy-going pace of life intact.

Situated centrally in this emerging destination, Rua Rasada caters to both domestic and overseas tourists with a broad range of accommodation from Superior (132), Deluxe (55) and Corner Deluxe (12) rooms to 16 executive suites and two luxury suites. The hotel has recently undergone an extensive renovation and refurbishment programme, so all its facilities are in pristine condition. And, thanks to close cooperation with the local Tourism Authority of Thailand office, it can also provide short-stay packages at very attractive prices; for example, the "Trang Discovery" package (for two people, available until March 2013) costs only 5,990 baht and includes two nights in a Superior room.
