Any types of duos are invited to join this sushi making workshop led by Ahtapol “Chef Omey” Thongsima, a judge from Iron Chef Thailand and cooking instructor at 100 Yen Group and various institutes. It covers all essential steps from cooking sushi rice, rolling different types of sushi and making spicy sauce to garnish them with. Best sushi roller will win voucher to eat at BeHawk Grill&Beer.
