Dutch artist Max Zorn will bring new vibes of world-class art to the Kingdom for the first time during May 10-24.
He will showcase his technically creative Tape Art, the fruit of his unique urban art on a light box that spellbinds the viewers in subtle interplays of light and shadow crafted only with brown packing tape as a medium and cutters as tools.
His nine spectacular pieces will be displayed on the ground floor of Gaysorn shopping centre. The first five days from May 10-14 will be a rare chance for art enthusiasts to witness how Zorn creates a tape-art piece from the very first step until completion. The finished article will then be showcased alongside the aforementioned works.
After the exhibition, all of his 10 pieces will be available for sale with 10% of the proceeds going to Yuvabadhana Foundation.
The art showcase is part of the “Living Art Festival 2014 @ Ratchaprasong”, which will bring 31 artists from around the world to show their street-art at many venues within Ratchaprasong area from May 8-June 8.
